The registered address is your statutory seat and address for service; it does not entitle you to carry on licensed activity at that location. Food and beverage, retail, beauty and other sectors with premises requirements must have compliant physical premises.

Some licences require physical premises

Where your sector requires approval of the premises, a virtual address cannot take the place of actual business premises. Confirm the premises conditions before applying for a licence.
